Moray has broad analytical, trading and structuring experience in local and international credit markets.  Moray began his financial markets career with Merrill Lynch in New York, before transferring to Sydney where he became the head of the local credit trading operation.  Moray then joined Westpac to set up a credit trading operation for them in London before returning to Sydney to help set up their structured credit business.  As head of structured finance at Grange Securities, Moray’s team was responsible for the issuance of over $2.6 billion of investments comprising over 50 structured products to institutional and retail clients within Australia.  Moray holds an MA and MEng from Cambridge University in England and an MBA from Dartmouth College, NH, USA.

Jason has over 10 years experience as a senior credit analyst and manager in both Australia and the UK, including roles with NAB corporate & institutional banking in Sydney and the credit & counterparty risk division of ING Bank in London. In 2005 Jason joined the structured products division of Grange Securities.  Jason was responsible for the assessment and ongoing monitoring of corporate credit risk within the structured products group. Jason holds a BA from the University of New England and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Melissa is a financial analyst with over five years experience and a focus on credit risk management.  Most recently Melissa served as a credit analyst for the Corporate Investments department at the United Nations Federal Credit Union in New York, USA where she was responsible for incorporating quantitative analysis, financial stress testing, industry indicators monitoring, peer comparison and future outlooks to assess potential investments. Prior to this role Melissa was a research assistant at the University of Baltimore and a portfolio manager's assistant at Smith Barney.  Melissa holds a BA from Washington College, MD, USA and an MBA from the University of Baltimore, MD, USA.
